We understand plans change. Here's how order cancellations work at Silvonar.
Before Dispatch
You can cancel your order free of charge any time before it has been shipped. To cancel, email support@silvonar.com or call us at +91 92657 36961 with your order number as soon as possible — orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours, so quick action helps.
After Dispatch
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You're welcome to return it after delivery in line with our Return Policy.
Non-Cancellable Orders
- Customised, engraved, or made-to-order pieces, once production has begun
- Orders already dispatched for delivery
Refunds for Cancelled Orders
Prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch are refunded in full to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. See our Refund Policy for details.
