At Silvonar, we want your jewellery to reach you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping terms below.

Order Processing

All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.

Delivery Time

Standard delivery within India takes 4–7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location. Delivery timelines may vary slightly during sale periods, festive seasons, or due to courier delays beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping — on all prepaid orders above ₹999
  • Standard Shipping Fee — a nominal fee applies to orders below ₹999, calculated and shown at checkout

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. International delivery timelines and charges vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by their country.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email/SMS. You can also track your order anytime via the Track Order page.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we work with trusted courier partners, occasional delays can happen. If your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, please contact us and we'll investigate immediately.
