Every Silvonar piece is crafted from BIS 925 hallmarked sterling silver and quality-checked before it leaves our studio. We stand behind our craftsmanship with the following warranty.

What's Covered

• 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects, including plating peeling under normal wear and faulty clasps or settings.
• Free repair or replacement for items found defective within the warranty period, subject to inspection.

What's Not Covered

• Normal tarnishing from exposure to moisture, perfume, or chemicals — see our Care Guide for tips on keeping your jewellery brilliant.
• Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or improper storage.
• Loss of stones or damage from wearing jewellery during physical activity, swimming, or sleeping.
• Items purchased from unauthorised resellers.

How to Claim Warranty

Email support@silvonar.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item. Our team will assess your claim and advise on repair, replacement, or next steps within 3–5 business days.
