We want you to love your Silvonar jewellery. If something isn't right, here's how our return process works.
Return Window
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
Eligibility
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with tags attached.
- It must be returned in its original packaging, including the jewellery box and pouch.
- A valid order number/invoice must be provided.
- For hygiene reasons, earrings can only be returned if they arrive defective or damaged.
- Customised, engraved, or made-to-order pieces are not eligible for return unless defective.
How to Initiate a Return
Email us at support@silvonar.com with your order number and reason for return within 7 days of delivery. Our team will guide you through the pickup or self-ship process.
Quality Check
Once we receive your returned item, it goes through a quality check. If it meets our return conditions, we'll process your exchange or refund as per our Refund Policy.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear
- Items without original packaging or tags
- Gift cards
