How and when refunds are issued for your order.

Refund Policy

This policy explains how and when refunds are issued for Silvonar orders.

Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are issued once your returned item passes our quality check under our Return Policy, or if your order is cancelled before dispatch under our Cancellation Policy.

Refund Method

Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method (card, UPI, net banking, or wallet). Cash on Delivery orders are refunded via bank transfer or store credit, as preferred.

Refund Timeline

Once approved, refunds are processed within 2–3 business days on our end. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

Replacement Instead of Refund

For manufacturing defects, we typically offer a free replacement or store credit instead of a monetary refund, unless a replacement isn't possible.

Partial Refunds

Any applicable shipping charges, gift wrapping, or COD fees paid at the time of order are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
