Refund policy

This policy explains how returns, cancellations, and refunds work for Silvonar orders.

Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with tags attached.
  • It must be returned in its original packaging, including the jewellery box and pouch.
  • A valid order number/invoice must be provided.
  • For hygiene reasons, earrings can only be returned if they arrive defective or damaged.
  • Customised, engraved, or made-to-order pieces are not eligible for return unless defective.

To initiate a return, email us at support@silvonar.com with your order number and reason for return within 7 days of delivery. Once we receive your returned item, it goes through a quality check before an exchange or refund is processed.

Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order free of charge any time before it has shipped — orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours, so quick action helps. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you're welcome to return it after delivery under the terms above. Customised, engraved, or made-to-order pieces cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

Refund Method & Timeline

Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method (card, UPI, net banking, or wallet). Cash on Delivery orders are refunded via bank transfer or store credit, as preferred. Once approved, refunds are processed within 2–3 business days on our end; depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5–7 business days to reflect in your account.

Replacement Instead of Refund

For manufacturing defects, we typically offer a free replacement or store credit instead of a monetary refund, unless a replacement isn't possible.

Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

  • Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear
  • Items without original packaging or tags
  • Gift cards
  • Shipping charges, gift wrapping, or COD fees, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item)
